23 tournament Onslow Bay boat works Twin 300 Suzuki outboards Captain Bryan Baxter was born and raised in Charleston, SC where he spent days on the water trying to learn everything he could about fishing. He has been a competitive king mackerel fisherman since 1995 winning several local king mackerel fishing tournaments along the way. In 2005 Captain Baxter began fishing the prestigious SKA (Southern King Mackerel Assoc.) tournament series competing in Division 3 where he just took the 2010 23’ and under class 1st place Angler award for Division 3.
